Google Ads & Google Maps for trades
More booked jobs from Google — tracked to the call.
We run the Google Ads, landing pages, Google Maps listing and follow-up that keep the trades booked year-round — and we show you which click became which job.
- First tracked calls within a week of launch
- Missed calls texted back in under a minute
- One page a month: what came in, what it cost
"Before BookedNorth we relied on word of mouth. Five months in, we're getting more qualified leads than we can handle."

From word of mouth to more leads than they can handle
"Before BookedNorth we relied on word of mouth. Five months in, we're getting more qualified leads than we can handle."
Your month, two ways.
We run the Google Ads, Google Maps listing and website that turn "furnace repair near me" into a booked service call — for HVAC contractors.

Most owners start with ads because it's the fastest. The other three make every ad dollar go further — and keep the phone ringing after the budget is spent.
Google Ads
Search campaigns aimed at people typing "furnace repair near me" right now, with call tracking on every ad so you know which click became a job.
How Google Ads worksWebsites & landing pages
A fast page whose only job is turning a click into a phone call — built around your service area, your pricing and the questions homeowners with a cold house actually ask.
How our pages workGoogle Maps listing
A complete, active Google Business Profile for the neighbourhoods you actually drive to — photos, reviews and categories kept current, so calls keep arriving after the ad budget is spent.
How Maps listings workAI & automation
Missed calls texted back in under a minute, quotes followed up automatically, reviews requested after every job — so no lead you paid for goes cold while you're on a roof.
How automation worksThree steps, no lock-in
The audit is free and the findings are yours either way. After that it's month to month.

What would $2,000 USD a month get an HVAC business?
Estimates from typical local click costs for HVAC, a landing page that converts 1 in 8 clicks, and 1 in 3 calls booked. Your audit replaces these with your real numbers.
Three ways to buy leads. Only one you keep.
Most agencies chase your busy season. We plan for your slow one.
Anywhere with a real winter, the work isn't spread evenly. There's a stretch every spring and every fall where the phone goes quiet — and that's exactly when most owners cut their marketing, right when the remaining demand is cheapest to win.
We build the year backwards from those weeks: heavier when competitors go dark, lighter when you're already turning work away.
We don't sell "brand awareness." We sell a phone that rings.
No long contracts. No dashboards you'll never open. No marketing-speak.
You deal with the people running your account, not an account manager reading a dashboard. We build the campaigns, we read your search terms every week, and we tell you in plain English what came in and what we're changing next.
How BookedNorth works0:42The questions owners ask us first
The leads, always: every one is yours from the first call, never shared or resold. We build and host the ad account and your landing page while we run them, and both transfer to you after your 6th monthly payment.
There's no minimum term. It's month to month, billed in advance, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The only one-time cost is the $750 USD setup fee, and it's waived if you prepay 3 months.
A flat monthly fee on one of three plans: Ads at $1,000 USD, Booked at $1,500 USD and Fully Booked at $2,000 USD a month. Setup is a one-time $750 USD for the account build, conversion tracking, CRM hookup and one landing page, waived if you prepay 3 months. Your ad budget is separate: you pay Google directly on your own card, so you see every dollar and nothing is marked up.
No tracked lead in your first 30 days live? Your second month's fee is free. The 30 days start the day your ads go live. It applies as long as your ad budget stays at or above the $2,000 USD a month minimum for all 30 days. A tracked lead is a call of 60 seconds or more, or a form sent from the ads or the landing page.
At least $2,000 USD a month, paid straight to Google on your own card. Our fee is separate. Above that it depends on your trade and your city: HVAC and roofing usually need more because each click costs more. The free audit gives you a real number before you commit to anything.
Home services broadly: cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, roofing, painting, movers, windows and eaves, snow and pest. If customers find you by searching your service and your city, we can help.
Ads usually produce the first calls within the first week of going live. A Google Maps listing takes longer to build up, usually months rather than weeks, which is why we run it alongside the ads rather than instead of them.
Find out what your ads are really costing you.
The audit takes us about two hours and costs you nothing. You get the written findings either way — most owners are surprised by what turns up in the search terms report.
